BANK OF JAPAN: BOJ said it has signed a bilateral three-year currency swap agreement with the Reserve Bank of India totaling $15 billion as part of their efforts to support an international framework to ensure ample supplies of short-term liquidity. It is to expand an initial three-year accord for $3 billion that ended in 2011.
