EUROPEAN STOCKS: Major European bourses are initially seen trading lower Wednesday, extending their losses from Tuesday's session, as fresh concerns over Spanish debt begins to weigh heavily on markets. Spanish 10-year yields are trading just below 6%, currently seen around 5.955, and are grabbing the majority of the market's attention.

EURO-DOLLAR: Getting flashed that a 'big offer' seen on the EBS platform at the $1.3120 level. Rate currently trades around $1.3114. Asian traders earlier noted that decent sell interest is seen placed from $1.3120 and extends toward $1.3150.
