problem z tym ze nie moge znalezc "withdrawfunds",o depozycie jaki trzeba zrobic na ich konto jest opisane ale o wyplatach nic nie znalazlem albo cos przoczylem.dlatego tam nie wplacilem kaski jeszcze.

Co do Twojego pytania Aroon to nie wiem jak jest w realu faktycznie przy zmianach spreadu,najlepiej zeby ktos sie wypowiedzial kto gra tam w realu.

wystarczy ze napiszesz emaila i wyslesz na backoffice@alpari.co.uk musisz napisac swoje wszystkie dane i ile chcesz kaski wyplacic, ewentualnie jesli poslugujesz sie w miare dobrze angielskim to mozesz przedzwonic

jesli chodzi o koszty wyplaty to znalazlem cos takiego:

I called to the Barclays UK (international department) today again and they said our client (Alpari UK) instructed us to send 1460.78 . So Alpari sent to me 1460.28 instead of 1478.28. Barclays does not charge receiver's accounts.

Payment has been made by Business Master 1 day (GBP15.00 fee). This is not international payment. If Alpari made payment online itself from their business account to my current account it would cost GBP0.54 (54 pence) only.

Alpari desided to make most expensive way of payment and deducted amount of GBP18.00 from my account saying we don not charge you.

Why to take care of customers especially like me who are leaving the company?

I would not open account in Alpari if I new that I will lose 18% for every 100 profit withdrawal additionaly to taxes.


I have acoount in CMC UK and they do not charge me at all for transfers.

The conclusion is different companies treat customers and make profits differently.

In response on it I will leave negative information about that on all main forums and hugh Community web sites such as ebay...

We will make amendments on our website so the customers will know exactly how much they will be charged for a bank transfer. We will have two options: same day payment for 15 pounds (or 18 pounds) and the other - three day payment for app. 54 pence.

Tomorrow we will transfer you 18 pounds back to your bank account.
