EURO-DOLLAR: The euro, at $1.3841, has taken out the Feb 28 highs at $1.3825 to
post a high of $1.3844 before stalling. The focus now is on a retest of the Dec
27 highs at $1.3893. Brown Brothers Harriman analysts note that ECB President
Draghi "had a chance to talk the euro down, but again he refrained," reiterating
"that the exchange rate is not a policy target." Nevertheless, in Draghi's
"restrained way, by noting that the exchange rate is important for growth and
inflation, he hints at the direction he prefers to see the euro move," they say.
On the policy front, Draghi seemed to play down the likelihood of moving to
sterilize the SMP (said benefits small and liquidity injection would not last
long). Some market players have favored an April move over March. "Draghi's tone
makes this seem unlikely as well, " BBH says. A break over $1.3825 puts the
focus on the late December highs and the the psychological $1.40 mark, the
analysts say.

Ostroznie z shortami.... Pekl mocny opor na D1 i aktualnie 1.38 jest silnym wsparciem.
Kazdy pullback bedzie prawdopodobnie wykorzystany do wiekszych zakupow.
