15. Conflicts of Interests
The Client understands that the business model of the SWFX Swiss Forex Marketplace consists in ensuring best execution for the transactions of the Clients and matching the transactions between any of its Clients or Counterparties, each trade being instantly hedged with a countertrade. In that respect, on the SWFX Swiss Forex Marketplace, Dukascopy is counterparty of each trade and counter trade. In some circumstances, Dukascopy may not hedge entirely or may not hedge at all certain trades. In such cases, Dukascopy may have opposite positions towards Clients.
Dukascopy limits to possible minimum the potential conflict of interests and acts in the best interests of the Clients.
The remuneration of Dukascopy includes commissions based on volume traded on the SWFX Swiss Forex Marketplace. The information about the amounts of commissions and fee policy is presented on the website of Dukascopy and constantly updated.

ECN, ale transakcje poniżej 1 lot są rozliczane trochę inaczej... Czyli najpierw matchowane pomiędzy klientami lub zbierane w paczkę do sumy 1 lot...

W rzeczywistości nie ma żadnej różnicy czy robimy trejd za 0,99 lot czy 1,01 lot - ale aby była jasność taki zapis w regulaminie się pojawił.

Nawt jesli transakcje ponizej 1lota sa rozliczane inaczej, wtedy nie sa true ECN broker , tylko brokerem ktory obsluguje w dwojaki sposob w zaleznosci od transakcji.. albo kieruje na DD albo ECN

Tylko jeżeli patrzymy technicznie. W praktyce nie zauważysz żadnych różnic - każdy trejd rozliczany jest modelem ECN.
Ale jeżeli ważniejsze od obsługi jest nazewnictwo to już trudno.
Przynajmniej jasno o tym piszą.

From the legal point of view, all the trades made by traders with
Dukascopy Bank have Dukascopy Bank as the only counterparty.
According to OTC market standards, the client should sign
agreements with all counterparties which s/he would like to trade with.
In the case of Dukascopy Bank, it is approximately 20 external interbank
counterparties, 4 ECNs and thousands of clients.

Concerning previous topic about TRUE ECN, we consider that under this
term people understand that broker is honest and does not manipulate
the prices. From our experience such broker should guarantee following:

1. Unique Price feed: Such price feed is determined as composition of
liquidity provided by interbank counterparties, ECN’s counterparties
and clients.

2. Equal and same prices for each and every client.

3. Information and transparency on market depth.

4. Possibility to place BID/OFFER orders. BID/OFFER orders should
affect price feed and become transparent part of ECN prices and
liquidity. Placed BID/OFFER orders should be executed in case if other
ECN participants will trade on offered prices or should be executed in
case if opposite side of the spread touches placed BID/OFFERs.

Above mentioned conditions exclude technical possibility to manipulate
with the prices, even in case if this broker itself participates as
liquidity provider in his own ECN, i.e. the broker/bank is not able to
act in bad faith, as for example to hunt for clients stop orders, to
deviate prices, to increase spreads etc. Prices of such broker will be
always in the scope of interbank quotes provided by other banks.
If 4 above described conditions are in place, clients can rely on the
broker/bank and such broker/bank can be called true ECN - Marketpalce

dzieki za odpowiedz. Poprostu szukam w miare uczciwego brokera, ktory z gory nie bedzie tradeowal przeciwko mnie a w moim imieniu. Od tego jest margin zeby zle transakcje zamykac przy zbyt duzej ekspozycji.

Chciałem się spytać czy są jakieś plany handlem USDPLN, EURPLN ponieważ zauważyłem że w dokumentacji API są uwzględnione takie pary?

Są plany znacznego rozszerzenia wahlarza instrumentów więc niewykluczone, że i pary złotówkowe pojawią się w ofercie. Na razie jednak czekamy na złoto i srebro.

jednak na roznych interwalach kolor tych numerow ma inne odcienie. intensywniejszy na wyzszych interwalach a mniej na niskich. gdy wybiore np szary kolor to na M1 praktycznie nr sa niewidoczne. czy jest jakas opcja zeby te cieniowanie zamienic na jeden kolor - jeden odcien ?
