to akurat jest bez algo
ale to co wczoraj na złocie zrobili to, jak najbardziej na algo poszło:
Saxo Bank:FOREX - GOLD.
What happened to Gold yesterday afternoon ? Initial conclusion was that the violent 2,6% drop within seconds (1246,50 to 1213,50) was triggered by a fat finger/mistake. However the final verdict from Comex is that it was not a fat finger. Hardly any human being would have been able to react that fast on such a move with such large volumes trading -hence conclusion must be that it was caused by algo trading. 77 tons turnover published on the Chinese future stand (double count) versus 108,5 tons published on the American future - the latter volume numbers inflated due to the many Algos trading back and forth in nano seconds. China is an important player in the physical market, but now also in its derivative future.
So was it the Chinese who caused the sell off? Or is it the other way round and some Chinese led algos were buying the American market up as it sold off in those seconds? Technically however nothing has changed. 1250 and 1260 should still be resistances for Gold and support should be expected at 1232 and 1224 today.
