OIL: November Nymex WTI prices extend their losses to trade fresh
session lows of $91.61 in tandem with a weak showing from the euro
across FX markets. November WTI now trades $91.73 a barrel, down $1.16
on the session.

EURO-DOLLAR: Made a brief show under $1.2900, the rate touching $1.2897
before edging back above the figure. However, recovery efforts remain
shallow and seen keeping focus on the downside.

CABLE: Extends pullback off earlier recovery highs of $1.6244 to
$1.6204, as rate tracks deeper euro-dollar slippage. Euro-sterling had
been diverting most of this pressure but as rate found support around
stg0.7950 seen allowing cable to catch up. Cable demand seen in place
around the overnight low at $1.6199 (76.4% $1.6164-1.6310) with bids
seen into $1.6190 and stops below. Rate trades around $1.6202 at
posting.

OIL: November Nymex WTI prices extend lower to $91.36 a barrel, now seen
trading $91.50 down $1.39 on the session.


EURO-STERLING: Bouncing off traded lows at stg0.79545 sees rate edge on
to stg0.7965. This correction in the cross allows cable to clear below
$1.6200, moving through the overnight base at $1.6199 to extend intraday
lows to $1.6193. Some demand seen into $1.6190, more between $1.6185/80
with stops below here. Rate holding heavy at posting.
