Właśnie się zacząłem zastanawiać czy to nie mogłoby działać w ten sposób u wszystkich mniejszych MM, pisząc o tych biurach na Cyprze/Estonii, etc. przypomniałeś mi o artykule który czytałem (a później natknąłem się na biuro księgowe specjalizujące się w obsłudze hedge na Cyprze właśnie) iż niektóre fundusze hedge zarejestrowane na Cyprze, czy też Kajmanach nie muszą mieć żadnych zezwoleń - oczywiście dyskusyjna może być wiarygodność tego typu przedsięwzięcia, chociaż czy ja wiem? Sprawa odpowiednio dobrze poprowadzonego PRu i w tym wypadku zarządzającego funduszem.

Powyższe staram się teraz odnieść do obecnego tematu dotyczącego MM, czy istniałaby taka możliwość? W teorii oczywiście mogą się doczepić organy nadzorujące jak KNF będące organami kontrolnymi na terenie krajów których tego typu MM świadczyłby usługi jednak w praktyce jednak znaczenie ma to gdzie znajdują się serwery tego typu brokera.

Stąd też zastanawiam się czy np taki broker jak XTB tudzież dowolnie inny tylko znacznie, znacznie mniejszych rozmiarów mógłby rozpocząć stawianie swoich pierwszych kroków będąc zarejestrowanym na Cyprze właśnie i po kosztach (wiadomo że największym kosztem w tego typu przedsięwzięciu dla przykładu w Polsce jest w zasadzie wymagany kapitał zakładowy i cała papierologia z nim związana - zezwolenia - audyty ? W drugiej kolejności to koszt oprogramowania chociaż z tego co pokazujesz to nie są to grube setki tysięcy a jak na tego typu biznesowe przedsięwzięcie to zaryzykowałbym stwierdzenie że to całkiem niskie kwoty byle franczyza wiąże się z większym kosztem w której potencjalne grono klientów stanowią klienci lokalni a nie globalni jak w omawianym tu biznesie) z tym że oferowałby np pełny dostęp do rynku forex i pobierał za to opłaty a nie był tylko wystawcą opcji?


PS. i odnośnie WL z opcjami binarnymi - orientujesz się może w popycie na tego typu usługi? bo jak sam wspomniałeś liderów jest kilku (jak w każdej branży) i na brak klientów nie narzekają ale jakie realne szanse ma młodziutki tego typu sub-broker oferujący opcje binarne zgromadzić powiedzmy po roku tych 100 klientów i rzeczywiście osiągać to 10 K zysku miesięcznie? I czy w takim razie ROK należy rozumieć jako okres potrzebny na pełny zwrot z tej inwestycji ?

Dziękuję za odpowiedzi w temacie, niezłe wałki z tymi opcjami binarnymi.
Niestety, JuliaOption nie założę ani żadnej innej formy rąbania klientów, gdyż jest to w sprzeczności z moimi zasadami włożonymi mi do głowy przez rodziców i społeczeństwo.
Raczej wolałabym skrzyknąć kilkanaście-kilkadziesiąt osób i sobie takiego brokera MM czy opcyjnego założyć dla własnych celów naszej małej społeczności (i ew. dla osób zewnętrznych zainteresowanych uczciwym MM - tych bym jednak również nie kantowała).

Poza tym, przegrałam z własnymi słabościami i podjęłam decyzję zrezygnowania na długie lata z FX, wracam na etat, który daje mi o wiele większą szansę na miliony niż FX przy obecnie pozostałych mi środkach na życie. Zaczynam nowe życie, bogatsza w wiedzę, w jakim matriksie żyję.

Powodzenia na rynku, nie dawajcie się rąbać brokerom i, przede wszystkim, obiektywnie patrzcie na wyniki waszych zmagań z rynkiem. Nie marzenia, nie plany - ale bezlitosne wyliczenia excelowe obecnego performance - ile procent z kapitału wyciągam miesięcznie, rocznie, dziennie, jaka jest moja stawka godzinowa, ile godzin tygodniowo zasuwam i czy jest to więcej niż na lokacie lub kasie w hipermarkecie.

1. Who is your liquidity provider ?
Nomura, a Japan based liquidity provider who is the biggest in the world.
2. Prime Broker License ?
FxEthos is registered and licensed as a FSP in New Zealand (FSP284605). The license will be in the name of our holding company which is Capital Market Investments Limited.
3. What is WL company or MT4 registration ?
WL company is an arrangement between Metaquotes, the prime broker and the WL wherein the WL client can carry on FX brokerage business in their name at a fraction of the cost that is need to buy a MT4 license. It costs $5000 to be paid as setup fees to Meta Quotes who will provide a client terminal in the name of the WL company. The WL will then take this terminal and take the liquidity provided by the prime broker and market it to its client base as their own terminal. There is little way that the clients can find if the broker is a WL or a prime broker as the client terminal will look exactly the same in both cases.
4. What is MT4 bridge ?
It is a software which communicates between the MT4 and the LP. It converts the signals from MT4 and LP so that prices can be displayed on MT4 and orders made on MT4 are passed to LP for execution.
5. Need FX Trading License ?
License is not needed to carry out the business. License is needed only to increase the trust of the clients who believe that having a license means that the business is highly regulated and has very good controls.
6. MT4 Manager demo ?
This is available. On request we provide MT4 Manager demo account login details.
7. What is my Raw Spreads for forex and others?
It will be mentioned in the agreement document. Normally ecn bank raw spread is for EUR USD 0.3 to 0.9 Pip. The WL client can markup above that.
8. Fund security ?
WL can create their own account (we can help them create it in NZ or HK) and ask their clients to send money to their own bank account. From there, it needs to be sent to our bank account in NZ which is a trust account. It is monitored by a trustee who oversees all deposits and withdrawals and this trustee is licensed by the NZ government which means that the funds are basically indirectly controlled by the government which is the safest form.
9. Deposit and withdrawal system ?
I don’t think the WL clients would deposit directly into FxEthos account as then they will ask many questions. They have to deposit into the account of the WL. This can be wire transfer or CC (we can help set them up with this). This money then has to be sent to us in case of A book. So, all deposits and withdrawals will be controlled by the WL with help from us.
10. How Long will take Traders fund transaction time ?
Again, the trader will be sending money and receiving money from the WL company and the WL company will in turn send it to us in case of A book accounts. So, it depends on where the account of the WL company is. If in HK or NZ, money can be moved within a day between the FxEthos account and WL account. FxEthos can give a credit for about 2 days for the WL to send us the funds but this will be done only after the first 3 months. In the initial period, A book accounts need to send their money to us and only after the money reaches FxEthos, we can provide liquidity.
11. What is bank transaction fee ?
Again, funds from and to clients are sent to WL account and fees depends a great deal on where the account is and where the money is being sent from. It may vary from $0 to $25 irrespective of the amount.
12. How many pairs we get ?
63 FX, 5 commodities(spot oil, gold, silver, Brent and gas) and 7 indices.
13. Future/spot gold ?
Spot gold only.
14. what is swap ?
Swap is a small charge which is taken away or given to clients at the end of very trading day depending on the open positions and the interest difference between the currencies in that pair.
15. How to add bonus and terms?
Bonus can be added but the bonus amount should be deposited with us b4 it is gven to the clients. Bonus is between the WL and its clients. FxEthos does not give any bonus to the WL.
16. What is benefits and income potential ?
It purely depends on the number/type of customers and the volume that is generated. Per standard lot, a total commission of around $10 can be received and so assuming 2000 lots a month, the income would be $20,000 in a month in A book and could be more in B book.
17. What about leverage ?
We provide 1:100 to the WL and it is upto the WL to decide how much leverage they want to give to the clients.
18. How much charge WL ECN commission?
ECN is that in which the raw spreads received from the broker are directly passed on to the customer. So, to cover our costs and profit margin, such accounts are charged a separate commission. This can vary anywhere from $7 to $20 and it it purely upto to the WL. We charge $2 per lot irrespective of what type of account it is.
19. Terms for A book and B book ?
FxEthos charges $2 per lot for A book. This is lower than the market standard of $4 charged by other brokers who also B book their WL without their knowledge and take 100% of that as well. Basically, a double charge.
We allow our WL clients to decide if they want to B book their clients and we take 20% of the total deposits as our charges plus $2 per lot. As you can see, this is way better than what other brokers charge.
20. Fixed and variable spread ?
Both are allowed but it is a rule that fixed spreads can be given only for BB accounts as it involves a lot of risk. (Notes: BB mean B Book Market Maker or Dealing Desk)
21. How much we can add markup.
This is totally upto the WL. We will give pairs and their raw spreads and we just mark them all up according to what they tell us.
22. Can we modify up and low price in A book?
No manipulation of live price is possible in A book.
23. Margin and stop out level ?
20% and 50%.
24. add/subtract funds every month?
Yes can be done. WL have a margin account with Us and every month you can be add/ subtract funds.
25. WL budget ?
$5000 setup fee plus $750 a month for desktop MT4 Platform license plus $750 for mobile platform (optional). These are directly given to MQ. If 2000 lots per month are not generated by the WL from the 4th month, FxEthos will charge a separate $1000 monthly fees.
26. where is Prime Broker Trust Bank account and country ?
Bank is Bank of New Zealand and country is new Zealand.
27. WL setup duration?
1 week from the time of payment of setup fees.
28. BB to AB and AB to BB time?
This can be done only late night (around 9 PM GMT) when the market is quiet.

29. LP/prime broker do BB?
We or LP don’t do BB. We do BB only on request from WL.
30. What about support ?
We have 24x7 customer support for FxEthos. If needed, this can be extended to client at the rate of $750 a month.
31. Any hidden cost ?
No.
32. If any problem in withdrawing money, where can I complain ?
As you can see in the FSP register, where we are licensed, we are also a member of the dispute resolution body which is eetup by the government of New Zealand who will ensure that all complaints are properly handled. But again, there will not be any problem withdrawing money as the whole process is overseen by the trustee.
33. If not allowed by country to do fx, does it affect WL Business ?
If clients do fx trading in a country where it is not allowed, then legally, it is the liability of the client and not the WL. If at all, the client will only be affected by the legal problems and not the WL.
34. Will FxEthos provide tools for me to carry on business?
We have a separate team that is working daily to develop tools for reporting, data mining, FX server monitoring etc. We have developed several tools for all this and these can be provided to our clients at discounted prices.
35. I can’t understand how to do all the account creation, deposit etc?
We will have a 5-6 hour session with you to teach you how to work wth the MT4 manager and what all can be done using it. We will also be available online daily to help you get upto speed. FxEthos believes in having a personal touch in everything it does and so you can directly interact with our WL experts who will help you sort out your problems.
