Dopisanie kawałka kodu.

Witam,
Mam prośbę o dopisanie do poniższego kawałka kodów dodatkowych funkcji do alertu. Chodzi o to ,żeby Alert pojawiał się określony czas np. 5 min po tym jak pokaże się sygnał high albo Low oraz że alert pojawia się np. jeśli od ostatniego low lub high cena zmieni się o jakąś ilość pipsów w przeciwnym kierunku.
